I started seeing Dr. Kyle for chiropractic services just after Thanksgiving 2011. I was having problems with flexibility and back pain. Little did I know that with Dr. Kyle's help I have not only gained flexibility and the pain is well managed but I am sleeping better because the adjustments to my arthritic neck have allowed me to breath better and relax more. This happened with in a few weeks. In addition I started a Kitsap County Wellness Center nutritional program that has assisted with body cleansing and weight management. Not bad for an "old broad" in her sixties. I have a lot of life to look forward to and the Wellness Center is helping me through it right now.

I had tried many other doctors, muscle relaxants and loads of aspirin. Nothing had really helped. After only 1 month of Chiropractic Care, I noticed results. Today, I feel great, I have much improved neck mobility, much more general flexibility and a much improved sense of well being! With this sense of wellness I am confident that I can look forward to good health, flexibility and no pain for the rest of my life. I am 65 years of age!
